• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that violates others' privacy or intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code

Your Content

You retain all rights to your photos and media files. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and sync your organizational data (tags, albums, preferences) to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

Our Intellectual Property

The Photasa application, including its design, features, algorithms, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

Third-Party Content

Themes and other content available through our marketplace may be subject to separate licensing terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms.

Data Backup Responsibility

While we implement security measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your important photos and files. We recommend regular backups to multiple locations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photasa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

Free and Premium Features

Photasa offers both free and premium features. Premium features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing and feature availability are subject to change.

Billing and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Service Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect functionality.
